Description
The DeVilbiss compact concentrator platform is offered here in two flow capacities built on the same cabinet, the same oxygen-sensing hardware and the same maintenance design. Choose the 5 Liter (525DS) for standard long-term oxygen therapy, or the 10 Liter (1025DS) where higher flow is required. The 1025DS is also compatible with cylinder transfill systems, and at 42 lb in an identical footprint it is substantially smaller and lighter than competitive 10 liter concentrators.
Caution: Federal (U.S.A.) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.

Performance and Design Features
Shared by both models unless noted.
Exclusive DeVilbiss OSD (Oxygen Sensing Device), standard on every unit, for patient safety and longer service intervals.
Readily accessible patient controls, a protected cannula fitting and a recessed humidifier nook to prevent damage.
Lockable flow meter; a low output flow meter is available as accessory 515LF-607.
Convenient top and side handles for transport.
Accommodates up to 50 feet of oxygen tubing plus a 7-foot cannula (15.3 meters).
Two-piece cabinet that assembles and disassembles easily for maintenance, with a translucent intake filter back so a technician can see at a glance whether the filter is dirty.
Interfaces with the DeVilbiss Smart Track Concentrator Management System, which performs an in-depth concentrator check and accepts patient data input while downloading equipment information.
Robust design: units are tested at high temperature and high humidity for extended periods, with a proprietary sieve mixture and fill process, a proven rotary valve design and a durable compressor.
Safety Features
Alarms require no battery, which reduces service and maintenance. They indicate power failure (capacitor powered), high and low pressure, low oxygen, and service required.
Pressure-compensated flow meter for an accurate flow display.
Pressure-relief valve and thermal protection on the compressor.
Flame-retardant cabinet.
Double insulated unit with a two-prong plug.
Patented DeVilbiss Turn-Down Technology
The concentrator automatically turns its flow cycle down below 2.5 LPM, reducing system pressure by 35% to lower stress on compressor bearings and internal fittings. The energy-efficient design cuts power consumption by 15% or more compared with competitive designs, and minimizes wear on internal components to extend the life of the unit.
