Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. general

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you ordered the wrong item or need to return something for another reason, most standard items may be eligible for a refund or credit within 30 days.


Returned products must be unused, in their original, unopened packaging, and include all components in new, resalable condition. All returns require prior authorization. You must contact us at 888-541-2337 or info@aedprofessionals.com before shipping your item back. Once approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send your return. Items sent without authorization will not be processed, and we cannot guarantee they can be returned to you. 


If you return an AED or training unit, any opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or other components that are opened or not in resalable condition will be deducted from your refund.


We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee to eligible returns. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. AED Professionals and General Medical Devices, Inc. highly recommend that you ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. General Medical Devices, Inc. is not responsible for customer returns lost or damaged during shipping.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at 888-541-2337 or info@aedprofessionals.com. We will evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. special order items

Special order items cannot be returned or refunded. Order cancellations for special order items will result in a 15% restocking fee.

4. exceptions / non-returnable items

COVID-19 or PPE related orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. 

  • COVID-19 Related Orders (Including, but not limited to, COVID-19 tests)
  • Personal Protective Equipment (Including, but not limited to, masks, gloves, shields, gowns, sanitizers, disinfectants, and thermometers
  • Opened/Damaged Electrode Pads
  • Used Batteries with Open Packaging
  • Used Manikins
  • Books, software, videos, CDs, DVDs
  • Extended warranties
  • Online software and training codes (once issued)
  • Classroom training (once scheduled)
  • AED management services (Including, but not limited to, PlusTrac)
  • Evac+Chair 200H Carry Lite and 700H evacuation chairs

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
