Description
The CPAC RapidHeat RH-Pro11 is a high-velocity hot air (HVHA) dry heat sterilizer built for dental and medical practices that need fast instrument turnaround without water, steam, or chemicals. Instead of a steam autoclave cycle, the RH-Pro11 circulates rapidly moving dry hot air through the chamber, transferring heat to instruments by both convection and conduction to achieve a 12-log spore kill.
Why practices choose the RH-Pro11
- Fast cycles. Unwrapped instruments complete in 14 minutes total, handpieces in 16 minutes, pouched instruments in 21 minutes, and wrapped cassettes in 40 minutes.
- Dry process, no water needed. No distilled water reservoir, no steam lines, and no drying stage.
- Four temperature settings. A 375°F high-temperature cycle plus three low-temperature cycles at 280°F, 300°F, and 320°F for temperature-sensitive instruments.
- Large chamber. 2,294 cubic inches (10 gallons / 38 liters) with four instrument trays included.
- Cycle logging. Time and temperature are recorded internally with a running graph and countdown timer on screen, and logs export to a USB flash drive.
- Available in two voltages. 110V-120V and 220V-240V.

Consumables and compatibility
Use only CPAC nylon pouches, sterilization wrap, and dry heat indicator tape with this unit. Pouches and wrap made for steam autoclaves are not compatible with the HVHA process and can melt or off-gas. Confirm temperature compatibility with your instrument manufacturer before running any cycle. Low-temperature cycles require operator validation to confirm a full 12-log spore kill under your specific load conditions.
