..These infant/child reusable training defibrillation pads allow you to simulate hands-on pediatric rescue scenarios with the Powerheart G3. Pediatric Training Defibrillation Pads 9725-001 are intended for use with Cardiac Science AED training device to simulate and practice a real-life rescue scenario. These are intended for use with with Powerheart® AED G3 Trainer.
Teach how to use the defibrillation pads when the patient is a child under 8 years of age or weighs less than 55 lbs.
However, therapy should not be delayed to determine the patient’s exact age or weight when performing a real-life rescue. See the directions for use accompanying Pediatric Defibrillation Electrode Pads for procedure on changing adult pads to pediatric. These reduced-energy child/pediatric defibrillation pads work with all 9200 and 9300 series AEDs, enabling rescuers to provide defibrillation therapy to children who are less than 8 years of age or who weigh less than 55 pounds.
