Adult Pad-Pak
HeartSine Part No. PAD-PAK-01
The standard cartridge for adults and children over 8 years or 55 pounds. Battery and electrodes together, one four-year expiration date to track.
HeartSine took the guesswork out of AED maintenance: the Pad-Pak combines the electrodes and battery in a single cartridge with one expiration date. When it expires, or after any rescue, you replace one part and your Samaritan PAD 350P, 360P, or 450P is fully renewed. AED Professionals, an authorized HeartSine distributor since 2003, stocks every genuine Pad-Pak with full shelf life remaining.
Every Pad-Pak fits the Samaritan PAD 350P, 360P, and 450P. Factory-sealed genuine HeartSine equipment with full shelf life remaining.

Because the Pad-Pak bundles pads and battery, a Samaritan PAD has exactly one consumable clock: the longest single maintenance interval of any major AED brand.
One cartridge, one date, one replacement. The simplest ownership cycle in the industry.
Same four-year clock. Many schools and childcare sites keep both cartridges on hand and rotate them together.
The Pad-Pak was designed for a 60-second swap with no tools and nothing to wire.
Press the tabs on either side of the Pad-Pak at the base of the Samaritan PAD and slide the expired or used cartridge out.
Slide the sealed replacement cartridge in until it clicks. Battery and electrodes are now both renewed in a single motion.
The Samaritan performs a self-test and the status indicator flashes green when the device is rescue ready.
Record the single Pad-Pak expiration in your maintenance log, or let the HeartSine Gateway report it automatically over WiFi, and set a reminder 60 days out.
The Pad-Pak is HeartSine's combined battery and electrode cartridge for the Samaritan PAD 350P, 360P, and 450P. Instead of tracking separate pad and battery expirations, you manage one cartridge with one four-year expiration date, and replacing it renews the entire device in about a minute.
Pad-Paks carry a four-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, among the longest combined maintenance intervals of any AED consumable. The expiration date printed on the cartridge always governs, and a Pad-Pak must be replaced after any rescue regardless of its date.
Yes. The adult Pad-Pak (PAD-PAK-01) and pediatric Pad-Pak (PAD-PAK-02) fit the Samaritan PAD 350P, 360P, and 450P interchangeably, which makes fleet maintenance simple: one part number covers every adult unit you own.
Use the pediatric Pad-Pak (PAD-PAK-02) for children under 8 years old or under 55 pounds. It delivers reduced defibrillation energy appropriate for young patients. Sites that protect children, such as schools, pools, and childcare facilities, should keep a pediatric Pad-Pak stored alongside the installed adult cartridge.
For routine maintenance, no: the Pad-Pak is the only consumable the Samaritan PAD requires. If your unit uses the HeartSine Gateway WiFi module for remote monitoring, the Gateway itself runs on four CR123a batteries that are replaced separately when the module reports low power.
