Dynarex DynaGel Moisturizing Wound Hydrogel relieves and treats minor skin irritation and itching of minor cuts, scraped and burns. DynaGel is ideal for the management of pressure ulcers, 1st and 2nd degree burns and post-operative incisions, keeping a moist wound environment to promote healing.
