CPAC Self-Seal Nylon Sterilization Pouches are rated for high-velocity hot air and dry heat sterilization cycles, where standard steam autoclave pouches are not. Every pouch includes a built-in dry heat indicator so you can confirm at a glance that the pouch went through a cycle. Sold 100 per box in five sizes.

Loading guidance
Pouched instruments must lay flat directly on the tray bottom and cannot overlap, layer, or stack. Airflow through the tray is what drives sterilization in an HVHA unit, so crowded trays compromise the cycle. Check your sterilizer manual for the weight limits that apply to your model and cycle.
Important compatibility note
Only use pouches rated for dry heat with CPAC RapidHeat and SteriDent sterilizers. Steam autoclave pouches can melt or off-gas at these temperatures.
