Plan Ahead for AED Replacement

Don't wait until your AED
reaches the end of its life.

AEDs aren't designed to last forever. Many models have an expected service life of approximately 8 to 10 years, depending on the manufacturer and model. If your AED is already several years old, now is a good time to start thinking about its replacement.

Not sure how old your AED is? Give our team a call! We can help identify your unit, determine its approximate age and discuss whether it's time to consider a replacement.

Replacement Planning8–10Years

Many AEDs have an expected service life in this range. Knowing your unit's age helps you plan ahead.

AED service life varies by model, manufacturer guidance, maintenance history and support availability. An expected lifespan is not a guarantee that a particular AED remains suitable for use throughout that period.

Simply add a qualifying Philips HeartStart OnSite or FRx AED to your cart. Your promotional savings will automatically be applied in the cart before checkout. No additional steps are required.

Why is the full price showing on the product page?

The product page displays the regular website price. Once you add the qualifying AED to your cart, the promotional discount will appear automatically. You can review your savings in the cart before completing your purchase.

How much will I save?

You'll save $559 on the Philips HeartStart OnSite AED or $685 on the Philips HeartStart FRx AED. The savings will be reflected in your cart when you add the qualifying product.

Do I need a promo code?

Gift Cards & Offer Details

Which AEDs qualify for this promotion?

The Philips HeartStart OnSite AED and Philips HeartStart FRx AED featured on this page qualify for the promotional savings and digital gift card offer, subject to the applicable promotion terms.

How do I choose my gift card?

When you proceed to checkout, a pop-up will let you choose either a $100 Amazon digital gift card or a $125 AED Professionals digital gift card. Each qualifying AED includes one gift card of your selected type.

Do I receive both gift cards?

No. You receive one digital gift card per qualifying AED, not both gift card options. If you purchase multiple qualifying AEDs in one order, all gift cards must be the same type.

Can I purchase multiple AEDs in one order?

Absolutely! You can order multiple HeartStart OnSite AEDs or multiple HeartStart FRx AEDs and receive a gift card for each qualifying unit. All AEDs in the same online promotional order must be the same model.

Can I mix AED models or gift card types?

Not within a single online promotional order. You can order multiple units of one AED model, but you can't combine OnSite and FRx units or mix Amazon and AED Professionals gift cards in that order. To mix either, place separate online orders or call us at 888-541-2337 and we'll be happy to help.

When will I receive my gift card?

Digital gift cards are delivered within one week after payment for the qualifying AED purchase has been received.

Does the AED Professionals gift card expire?

The AED Professionals digital gift card is valid for 36 months from the date it is issued.

Product Questions

Are pediatric accessories included?

The OnSite infant/child SMART Pads cartridge and FRx infant/child key are optional accessories sold separately. Both models support pediatric use when equipped with their respective accessories.

Can you help me choose between OnSite and FRx?

Absolutely. Call AED Professionals at 888-541-2337 or email info@aedprofessionals.com. Our team can help you compare the two models and determine which may better suit your environment.
