Lauren Preble serves as the Customer Service Supervisor at AED Professionals, a division of General Medical Devices, Inc. Since joining the company in June 2019, Lauren has made an impact by steadily advancing from her initial role as Executive Administrative Assistant to the President to her current leadership position. In her role, she provides essential support to the sales team and warehouse staff, managing all incoming and outgoing shipments and overseeing order processing. Lauren has played a key role in streamlining AED Professionals' shipping and receiving workflows while enhancing the overall customer experience. Her efforts have contributed significantly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining AED Professionals, Lauren was the Sales Manager at Acceptance Now, where she collaborated with top retail partners to help customers access products. Her experience and proven ability to handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency continue to drive her success in the medical devices field.
